Novae is a UK based aesthetics clinic where science beats trends. Rather than trend led transformations, Novae is built on anatomy, restraint, and results that promote facial harmony , focusing on natural, undetectable enhancements.
CHALLENGES
Anna had already built a successful clinic with consistent bookings and loyal clients, but her branding and online presence increasingly felt misaligned. Her approach had shifted, moving away from trendy transformations towards a more considered, natural style.
She wanted to:
Increase her pricing power and feel more confident charging premium prices
Book more clients who valued expertise, safety and knowledge
Move beyond Instagram and a booking page that undersold her expertise and felt restrictive
Control how she was perceived, as someone with integrity and expertise who treats clients as individuals, in a field increasingly scrutinised by British media

STRATEGY
The strategy behind Anna's website was to build a feeling of medical expertise, safety and trust. We built a bespoke website on Wix Studio that balanced all three:
Colour & branding:
Applied her new branding: a minimal, simple black-and-white colour palette and typography.
Layout:
A clean layout with predictable structure throughout. We also featured the brands she works with, so visitors could immediately associate her with quality and safety.
Imagery:
A client before-and-after gallery showing subtle, natural transformations, placed on the most visible pages: Home and Treatments. We also used interactive anatomical mapping, turning passive browsing into active education, lowering hesitation for high paying patients.
Copy:
Handpicked client reviews that reinforce her focus on natural results & personalised consultations. Also, copy walking clients through consultation process & educational copy explaining the treatments.
Blog:
We recommended adding a blog page, giving Anna a place to share her insight and expertise while boosting her brand's visibility online.
RESULTS
Since launch, the website has helped Anna and Novae increase pricing with confidence, while feeling far more aligned with her brand and comfortable presenting it to the world. It's also given her the platform to grow and position herself as a leader in UK aesthetics, reflecting the expertise and standards she's built her clinic on.
