For Website in a Week projects, it's one week. A focused, intensive week dedicated entirely to you.
Yes, we understand the importance of flexible payments. Typically we divide the total cost into 2 payments,
starting with a 50% deposit & remaining 50% due before your final website is built.
Yes. Once your project is signed off, we'll transfer it over to you. Once you have the required website subscription and domain, you'll have full access to the platform and can make edits, such as updating text or images freely.
A website subscription, domain, font licensing & app fees are not included in the cost of the project.

Before starting, you'll complete a short questionnaire covering your business, your audience, and your goals for the site.
You'll also need a clear understanding of your services. All content, including branding, imagery, videos and text, must be ready by our agreed start date.
Without it, your project will likely get rescheduled and a restart fee applied.
Copywriting isn't included in our packages.
You, as the client, are responsible for providing all written content, including your website copy.
To help, we'll provide a website copy guide, though we'd recommend hiring a copywriter if writing isn't your strength.
Yes. You'll need branding in place to work with us, so it's only right that you can request this from us too.
Branding sets the foundation for your website, which is why it's important to have this settled before your website begins.
If you'd like branding, this will be completed before your website work starts.
No. You, as the client, are responsible for purchasing your own website subscription and domain. These can be purchased once your website is complete, as we build your website from our side first. If needed, we'll help
connect your domain to your new website.
Most of our packages include post-handover support, designed to help you feel confident managing your new
website, get comfortable making edits, and ask any initial questions.
For ongoing support beyond this, we offer a monthly maintenance subscription.
This includes:
Updating website copy or images / videos
Adding seasonal offers / announcements
Uploading new services or products
Adjusting service descriptions or pricing
Minor tweaks to keep your content fresh
This doesn't include:
Adding new functionalities (such as e-commerce or training platform)
Major design changes, redesigns or new pages
